About This Position
Position Description: The role of Account Manager is to provide world-class customer service to our clients and employees by means of clerical, verbal and analytical performance while exceeding expectations of current and prospective clients/customers of Trion Solutions, Inc. The Account Manager handles specific assigned accounts to foster the relationship between our company and our clients and to manage and handle projects and issues related to a given account. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ACCOUNT MANAGER - 3 to 5 years work experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field required

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Client support and subject matter expert on payroll software
Perform audits regarding but not limited to PTO, employee data, payroll information
Support client activities which includes but is not limited to data integrity and onboarding assistance
Co-ordinate correspondence and communication between the client and Trion departments (tax, benefits, payroll, workers compensation, client services)
Troubleshooting and analysis of any issues reported in terms of software, reporting, etc.
Develop, run, format and verify accuracy of reports
Ensuring Trion and our clients maintain the highest level of compliance in all areas
Discussions and meetings with other internal departments relating to Account Management and client success
Attends client visits as necessary.
Ongoing client rapport
Proactive services and regular follow-up
Responsibility #2- Government Regulations
Follows all state and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
Protects the company from liability and exposure.
Responsibility #3- Personal Development
Keeps up to date on changes to state and federal law through continuous education and publication.
Continues to learn and grow as an HR professional through continuous education.
Completes all mandatory training.
Share ideas that will help you and/or the company grow.
Additional job duties as assigned.
Accurate (no errors and/or complaints), timely (by deadline) and consistent with required duties.

Alignment of personal and Company goals and objectives.
Follows all state and local laws. As well as company policies and procedures.
Provides timely (by deadline), accurate (no errors and/or complaints) and complete HR reports.
Completion of mandatory training.
Experience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred
Highly ethical with the ability to understand and review state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
Bachelors degree in business, human resources or related field preferred.
Prism experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements
Effective communication, both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Time management
Ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills
