We’re looking for a skilled Residential Service Manager to lead our team of technicians, coordinate field operations, and ensure top-tier service delivery to homeowners across the region.

Position Overview

The Residential Service Manager is responsible for growth, development, safety, industry trainings and ride alongs across the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical divisions. This role includes managing technicians, ensuring safety and goal oriented standards, along with the highest level of quality to our customers, and driving field efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily performance of all service technicians.
• Train and manage technicians to reach their goals and KPIs in a safe way focused on customer service.
• Supervise and support service technicians in the field up to and including reprimands and terminations.
• Review jobs and ensure timely response and completion.
• Monitor technician performance and conduct regular field inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with state and local codes as well as safety regulations.
• Partner with CSR and Dispatch Manager to ensure proper scheduling, follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
• Perform weekly meetings, continuous trainings and safety meetings for field technicians.
• Track KPIs such as job completion times, customer satisfaction, and callback rates.
• Partner with HR in the hiring process - be a part of interviews and hiring decisions.
• Work closely with the leadership team to improve operational processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a residential service company. HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service knowledge a plus.
• Strong knowledge in at least one trade; familiarity with all three a major plus.
• Active trade license or certifications (e.g., EPA 608, Master, Journeyman or Contractor) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Field Service Management software (ServiceTitan would be a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
