We’re looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator who embodies our S.E.R.V.E. core values and creates a professional, welcoming, and highly organized office environment in our Southfield, Michigan office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys supporting teams and leadership, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

YOUR MISSION
As our Office & Operations Coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the Southfield office while helping create a positive and hospitality-driven workplace culture. You’ll serve as a key support partner to leadership and ensure our office reflects Brewtopia’s energy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
Job Requirements
Schedule (Can be flexible): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Office Operations & Team Support
- Manage the daily flow and organization of the office environment
- Welcome guests, vendors, and team members with professionalism and hospitality
- Oversee office communications including phones, emails, mail, and scheduling
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support internal meetings, team events, and company initiatives
- Assist with administrative projects and cross-functional team support
- Use personal vehicle occasionally to run errands as needed (reimbursed per company policy)
Administrative Management
- Maintain filing systems, documents, records, and office procedures
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
- Track projects, deadlines, and operational priorities
- Support onboarding coordination and administrative HR functions as needed
- Support the setting up of new hire laptops and workplace set-ups
- Identify process improvements and help create operational efficiencies
Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership
- Anticipate organizational needs and proactively solve problems
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy, people-first office culture
- Serve as a dependable point of contact for office and operational needs

Additional Qualifications
- 2-4 years prior office management, administrative, or operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and scheduling tools
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
