About This Position
Position Description: The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the office by being the first impression of the company. Maintaining office cleanliness. Keeping stock of inventory. Ensure all communication is accurate. Serves as a host to clients and guests. Screens all incoming phone calls and directs to appropriate person and department. Maintains office security by following safety procedures. Position Responsibilities: Daily turn on all lights, conference rooms, kitchen, etc.
Performance Measurement: Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Office Administrator - 2 years administrative and hospitality experience
Job Advertisement:
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Ensure office is always tidy (lobby, conference rooms, hallways, restroom etc.)
Daily stock refrigerator with water and other beverages
Receive, verify, store, and secure deliveries of supply items.
Assist with lunch orders.
Perform general office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc.
Daily Distribute of any incoming mail
Maintain inventory of supply items (office supplies, water, paper, all office essentials, etc.)
Booking meetings via outlook
Communicating with corporate office
Communicating to Nationwide office management building
Additional job duties as assigned
Accurate (No errors and/or complaints), timely (by deadline) and consistent with required duties.
Attendance and timeliness (being at your workstation ready to work at your scheduled start time)
Alignment of personal and Company goals and objectives.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Provides timely (by deadline), accurate (No errors and/or complaints) and complete reports.
Completion of mandatory training.
Professional attitude and appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Customer care attitude to offer a positive experience.
Multitasking, organizational and time management, with the ability to prioritize task.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
General knowledge of Internet navigation and research, email, fax transmissions, phone communication, and copy equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
