Job Description

As part of our continued growth under the One Norlee platform, we are expanding our Healthcare Division and looking to add talented, motivated professionals to our team.Position SummaryThe Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising electrical crews on commercial, residential, service, healthcare, hospitality, and/or multi family projects. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, project specifications, and applicable electrical codes. The Electrical Foreman acts as the primary on-site leader, coordinating manpower, materials, and communication between the field and project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of electrical crews on assigned job sites.Plan and schedule work activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.Read, interpret, and enforce electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work.Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.Conduct daily job briefings, safety talks, and toolbox meetings.Monitor productivity, quality of workmanship, and crew performance; provide coaching and corrective action as needed.Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, inspectors, and other trades.Order, track, and manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or waste.Review job progress and report labor hours, material usage, and job status accurately and timely.Identify potential issues or change conditions and communicate them promptly to management.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.Mentor and train apprentices and helpers in proper electrical methods and safety practices.Scan to Apply
