OPEN POSITION:
Position: Supervisor of Surgical Services
Department: Surgical Services
Location: Deckerville, MI
Hours: Full Time. Days. No Holidays. Full Benefits.
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a Supervisor of Surgical Services. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of nursing preferred.
- Current RN license in MI.
- Current BLS certificate.
- ACLS/PALS required, if not completed, must be done within 6 months of hire.
- CAMMP course, or equivalent cardiac rhythm interpretation course within 1 year.
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of management required.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides professional perioperative nursing care. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient care in the peri-operative period.
