This role is designed for a senior creative marketer who will define how a fast-scaling consumer product communicates with its customers across every lifecycle touchpoint. You will own the evolution of brand voice across CRM, email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, transforming transactional communication into emotionally resonant, trust-building experiences. Operating in a high-growth, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, growth, and customer insights teams to translate user pain points into meaningful messaging. Your work will directly influence engagement, retention, and long-term brand perception for millions of users. You will also help establish a scalable tone-of-voice system from the ground up, shaping both immediate lifecycle performance and long-term brand equity. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where copy, storytelling, and customer empathy are treated as core growth drivers.
- Define and own the end-to-end lifecycle communication strategy across CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring a consistent, human, and emotionally resonant brand voice.
- Transform transactional and utility-driven messaging into relationship-building experiences that increase trust, engagement, and customer retention.
- Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to translate qualitative insights and behavioral data into compelling, high-performing messaging.
- Build and evolve a scalable tone-of-voice framework that can be applied consistently across all customer-facing channels and future lifecycle initiatives.
- Shape how the brand shows up in organic and community-driven spaces as scope expands, ensuring coherence between lifecycle messaging and broader brand storytelling.
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, lifecycle marketing, or brand communications within fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
- Proven expertise in crafting high-impact messaging across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing craft, storytelling ability, and success translating complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging copy.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and analytics teams in data-informed environments.
- Deep understanding of audience psychology, brand voice development, and lifecycle marketing principles.
- Ability to balance creative intuition with performance outcomes while advocating for long-term brand equity and customer trust.
