This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling customer acquisition and digital growth strategies across a fast-moving consumer brand environment. The role focuses on driving performance across paid media channels while ensuring strong alignment between marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams. You will own full-funnel digital strategy, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, measurable growth, and brand consistency. Acting as a key decision-maker in acquisition investments, you will help define how new customers discover and engage with the brand. The environment is highly collaborative, performance-driven, and deeply rooted in experimentation and continuous optimization. This is an opportunity to lead digital marketing at scale while directly influencing revenue growth and customer expansion.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end digital marketing and customer acquisition strategy, ensuring scalable growth across paid channels while maintaining strong brand alignment and performance discipline.
- Own and evolve the paid digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other acquisition platforms
- Manage agency partnerships and oversee execution of paid media strategy and budgets
- Drive full-funnel customer acquisition initiatives, including prospecting, retargeting, and campaign amplification
- Optimize key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, MER, and new customer growth
- Develop integrated performance marketing strategies aligned with launches, seasonal campaigns, and revenue goals
- Lead experimentation across creative, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and media buying tactics
- Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and forecasting models to guide investment decisions
- Collaborate closely with creative, ecommerce, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Mentor teams and external partners while fostering a culture of accountability and performance
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital marketing leadership, with deep expertise in performance marketing, acquisition strategy, and data-driven growth within a fast-paced consumer-focused environment.
- 7–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles
- Proven track record of scaling customer growth and revenue in DTC, retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong expertise in paid social, paid search, and multi-channel media buying strategies
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar tools
- Strong understanding of attribution models, analytics, and acquisition performance metrics
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external marketing partners
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for brand storytelling, customer experience, and consumer-driven marketing
- Competitive annual salary of $150,000–$185,000 CAD/USD (based on experience)
