This role sits at the intersection of competitive strategy, account-based marketing, and revenue impact within a high-growth SaaS environment. You will design and execute ABM programs that directly influence pipeline creation and deal acceleration across key North American accounts. A major focus of the role is building competitive displacement campaigns that help win against leading marketing automation platforms. You will partner closely with Sales to translate intent signals into targeted, high-impact marketing plays. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly collaborative, with strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for building and scaling ABM and demand generation programs that directly contribute to pipeline growth and competitive win rates. Your work will span strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales priorities.
- Design and execute competitive displacement campaigns targeting priority accounts and key competitors in the MarTech space
- Build and scale ABM programs across 1:1 and 1:few segments, including direct mail, gifting, and personalized outreach initiatives
- Develop messaging, playbooks, and sales enablement assets to support competitive deal strategies
- Partner closely with Sales teams to identify intent signals and translate them into targeted campaign execution
- Create and optimize account-based journeys that accelerate pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Measure, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and ROI
- Support field marketing initiatives and executive engagement programs as part of broader ABM strategy
- Convert successful experiments into repeatable, scalable demand generation programs
This role requires a strong background in B2B SaaS demand generation with deep experience in ABM and competitive marketing strategies. You should be highly analytical, collaborative, and comfortable owning programs end-to-end.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or ABM roles within B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record building and scaling ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact
- Experience running competitive displacement or “takedown” campaigns against platforms such as Marketo, Klaviyo, Braze, or similar
- Hands-on experience executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns from strategy through reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar MarTech/RevOps platforms
- Experience with direct mail, gifting, or physical campaign execution tools (e.g., Sendoso, Postal)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to tie marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills with Sales, SDR, and cross-functional marketing teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex strategies into actionable plays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a bias for experimentation and iteration
