Description:
Kinema Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable 1:1 private Reformer Pilates instructor to lead sessions with corporate site members at our One Financial location in Downtown Boston. We are looking for an instructor who is passionate about movement, creates an engaging and welcoming environment, and can confidently work with individuals of different backgrounds, experience, and fitness levels. We are also looking for someone who is ready to assist in developing and growing this service from the ground up through strategic marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to connect with members and personalize sessions to fit their needs, as well as someone who is enthusiastic about helping create excitement around the program, driving engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
● Lead safe and engaging 1:1 Reformer Pilates Sessions
● Modify sessions based on individual goals, preferences, limitations, injuries, and experience levels
● Support initiatives that drive member engagement and awareness about the program.
● Encourage referrals, and long term participation by connecting with clients and creating a welcoming and memorable experience.
● Collaborate with the Kinema Fitness team to come up with strategies to drive member engagement and identify barriers to doing so
● Follow Kinema Fitness safety and facility procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Current Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification
● Current CPR/AED Certification
● Liability Insurance
● At least one year of teaching experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Comfortable building relationships with members
● Has positive, encouraging energy
Pay: $65/hour
