Position: Padel Teaching Professional
Location: Ballers Boston Seaport, 25 Pier 4 Boulevard, Boston, MA 02210
Reports to: Club Manager
Employment Type: Contract Seasonal (May - October)
About Ballers
Ballers is a premier social sports facility designed to bring the community together through a variety of athletic activities. Featuring pickleball, padel, food and beverage offering from our on-site Food Truck. Ballers will become the hub of these dynamic sports in the city of Boston.

● Creates a fun, professional, and supportive learning environment.
● Thrives in social, energetic, and dynamic settings.
● Has a positive attitude and polished presentation.
Job Description
● Deliver high-quality private, semi-private, and group lessons.
● Teach clinics and camps, and support social and community events.
● Represent Ballers with a professional, energetic, and hospitality-first presence.
● Monitor and uphold standards for court quality, safety, and overall play experience.
● Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating member and guest needs.
● Assist in the Pro Shop as scheduled, supporting retail and guest inquiries.
● Gather and communicate player feedback to continuously improve programming.
● Enforce racquet-sports policies and facility guidelines consistently and fairly.
● Attend and actively participate in athletic staff meetings.

Skills & Qualifications
● Certified padel or pickleball coach with 2+ years experience.
● Deep knowledge of rules, etiquette, and industry trends.
● Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
● Ability to coach all levels and ages.
● Additional racquet sport experience (pickleball, tennis, squash) is a plus.
● Excellent organizational and communication skills.
● Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
