About the Role
This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution. As Promotions Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end build, configuration and delivery of promotions across Acquisition, Retention, VIP, Sponsorships and our fast-growing Casino division. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver the best possible customer experience, balancing what's commercially smart against what's executable across platform capabilities.

You'll have a Promotions Operations Coordinator supporting delivery, giving you the capacity to operate at both a strategic and executional level.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end promotional execution across Sportsbook and Casino, from build and configuration through to QA and go-live
• Work with stakeholders across Acquisition, Retention, VIP, Sponsorships and Casino to deliver promotions that drive engagement and commercial outcomes
• Manage promotional scheduling across the sporting calendar, making sure the right mechanics are live at the right time
• Test and QA promotional setups to ensure launches are clean and error-free
• Contribute to Casino promotional builds as the division scales
• Document promotional processes and build a repeatable execution framework
• Support and coordinate the Promotions Operations Coordinator to maximise output

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset. You catch issues before they reach the customer
• Comfortable working in technical platforms and admin systems
• Experience in sports or wagering promotions is highly desirable
• Organised and process-driven, able to manage multiple builds running in parallel
• A clear communicator who can keep stakeholders across multiple teams informed and aligned
• Someone who takes ownership. When things don't go to plan, you figure it out rather than wait for someone else to
• Across AI tools and actively looking for ways to use them to work faster and more accurately
