ABOUT THE ROLE
Get ready to roll up your sleeves – this is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Plan, schedule, and post content across social media with on-brand captions that capture each venue’s unique vibe and tone of voice
Create and manage Meta ads campaigns, optimising content for maximum reach and engagement
Develop, film, and edit scroll-stopping content for Reels and TikTok
Manage and update venue websites and apps with fresh, engaging content
Design eye-catching graphics in Canva
Create and schedule EDMs that cut through the noise
Stay ahead of social media trends and keep an eye on what the competition is up to
Coordinate photo and video shoots – from concept to execution
Assist in planning and theming promotional events and venue activations
Drive customer loyalty through tailored automations
Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
ABOUT YOU
You’re ambitious, driven, and love the thrill of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Whether you’re starting out or ready to level up, we’re keen to meet you if you:
Have 2+ years experience in marketing or social media
Are organised, detail-oriented, and love a good to-do list
Have some experience in using a CRM, Wordpress (or similar), Canva (bonus points for basic video editing skills!)
Can write sharp, engaging copy
Are a natural when it comes to social media – you get the platforms and know how to work them
Love having fun and creating epic customer experiences – that’s what we do every day
