As a Growth Specialist focused on Payments, you will play a strategic role in identifying growth opportunities and improving customer journeys within innovative financial products. You will combine advanced data analysis, experimentation, and business strategy to optimize user experiences and drive measurable product impact. Working closely with product, credit, analytics, and leadership teams, you will transform insights into initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and business performance. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making through data, build scalable growth strategies, and contribute to solutions that positively impact millions of users. It is ideal for an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys testing ideas, solving complex challenges, and working in a collaborative remote environment.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze the customer lifecycle for payment products and identify opportunities to improve user journeys across digital channels.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to extract insights from large datasets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and validate business cases by connecting product initiatives with key financial metrics such as LTV, CAC, churn, and overall business impact.
  • Design, execute, and analyze end-to-end A/B tests and experimentation strategies to optimize user experiences and maximize results.
  • Create and maintain dashboards that translate complex data into clear performance indicators and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with product, credit, analytics, and leadership teams to define strategies, communicate results, and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and customer value.
  • Support a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Previous experience in Product Growth, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or strategic planning roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with business metrics such as conversion rates, retention, customer behavior, and unit economics.
  • Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to transform complex data into clear business recommendations and strategic actions.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit products, or financial services is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, Product Analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
