As an Analista de Operacoes RE Senior, you will be responsible for managing corporate insurance operations, ensuring accurate execution of processes, timely delivery, and strong coordination between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
- Manage operational activities for corporate clients, handling customized workflows and complex insurance-related requests.
- Coordinate and monitor client demands, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and delivery expectations.
- Prepare requests, review documentation, and support insurance process execution with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up with insurance providers to ensure deadlines are met and service quality is maintained.
- Collaborate closely with account management teams to align operational activities with client expectations.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of corporate client requests throughout the operational cycle.
- Monitor pending activities and proactively follow up with insurers and relevant stakeholders.
- Support problem resolution by identifying operational issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems to ensure process visibility and control.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in operational processes and customer service quality.
The ideal candidate is an experienced insurance operations professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in large risk insurance operations (P&C – Property & Casualty).
- Experience working with corporate insurance processes and operational workflows.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requests while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience following up with insurers and managing operational deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
