Consultor de Implantao (E-social)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor de Implantação (E-social) based in Brazil.

This role is focused on implementing and supporting eSocial solutions, helping organizations maintain compliance with complex labor, tax, and social security requirements.
The professional will act as a strategic consultant, connecting client needs with technical solutions and ensuring efficient platform adoption.
You will work closely with customers, understanding processes, configuring systems, and providing guidance throughout implementation projects.
The position combines technical knowledge, consulting skills, and customer relationship management in a dynamic environment.
You will contribute to improving operational processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

As a Consultant specialized in eSocial implementations, you will be responsible for leading client projects, providing functional and technical guidance, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions. You will work across different stages of implementation, from requirements gathering to training and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand business needs and operational processes.
  • Implement, configure, and parameterize eSocial solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure integration between eSocial platforms and payroll management systems.
  • Provide technical and functional support throughout implementation projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues related to the solution.
  • Act as a consultant, advising clients on best practices and compliance processes.
  • Deliver user training sessions and prepare support materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Monitor eSocial event submissions, validate transmissions, and identify inconsistencies.
  • Support clients during audits and assist with report generation.
  • Stay updated on labor, social security, and tax legislation changes to adapt system configurations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve solutions and identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Contribute to documentation of best practices and implementation methodologies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience with implementation projects, eSocial solutions, and client consulting, combining technical expertise with strong communication and analytical abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience working as an Analyst or Implementation Consultant for Human Resources management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring eSocial solutions.
  • Experience with SPED projects, especially eSocial and EFD-Reinf.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements with clients.
  • Knowledge of SQL language and relational databases.
  • Availability for business travel.
  • Strong consulting profile with strategic thinking and customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication.
  • Ability to organize priorities, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Postgraduate degree in Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related areas.
