Opening for an Accounting Clerk in our San Antonio office

KRW is looking for a bright, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting clerk. We are a high-volume law firm with several office locations and endless opportunities for growth. We are needing a highly detail oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, entry level accounting position and long term opportunity offering numerous benefits.

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

· Perform data entry

· Handles vendor correspondence via phone or email

· Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing payments of invoices

· Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports

· Performs other duties as required to support Accounting Department.

Qualifications:

· 1 year accounting experience

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize

· Experience in Excel and Office programs

· Pleasant, personable and friendly attitude
