About the Role:
Bondi Boulangerie is looking for an energetic and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our CBD team. This role is perfect for someone who loves quality coffee, enjoys customer service, and can keep up in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to Bondi Boulangerie standards.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and consistency.
Assist with serving pastries, bread and sandwiches at the counter.
Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
Keep the coffee station, front-of-house and service areas clean, stocked and organised at all times.
Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
Support the team with general duties as needed — including simple food prep, restocking, and packaging.
About You:
Experience as a barista in a busy café or bakery.
Confident with dialling in, milk texturing, and producing consistent coffee under pressure.
Positive attitude and a team player — willing to jump in wherever needed.
Reliable, punctual and able to work peak morning hours.
Great communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge.
Early starts (6am), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
