About the Role:

Bondi Boulangerie is looking for an energetic and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our CBD team. This role is perfect for someone who loves quality coffee, enjoys customer service, and can keep up in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to Bondi Boulangerie standards.

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and grinders, ensuring cleanliness and consistency.

• Assist with serving pastries, bread and sandwiches at the counter.

• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.

• Keep the coffee station, front-of-house and service areas clean, stocked and organised at all times.

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service.

• Support the team with general duties as needed — including simple food prep, restocking, and packaging.

About You:

• Experience as a barista in a busy café or bakery.

• Confident with dialling in, milk texturing, and producing consistent coffee under pressure.

• Positive attitude and a team player — willing to jump in wherever needed.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work peak morning hours.

• Great communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.

• Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge.

Early starts (6am), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.
