Maggio's is a family-run hospitality group known for Italian-inspired menus, exceptional coffee, and warm, community-focused service. Our Ryde location offers house-made pastries, cafe classics, and fresh seasonal dishes in a vibrant, modern setting.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Ryde team on a casual basis during daytime service.

The Role

As a Barista at Maggio's Ryde, you'll play a vital part in delivering consistent, high-quality specialty coffees and drinks that reflect our values of simplicity, flavour, and hospitality.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Quick and efficient hands to prepare high volumes of coffee for both takeaway and dine-in customers

• The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends

• High quality barista skills

• A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude

• At least 2 years' experience working with specialty coffee

• Ability to follow guidance and adapt

• Ability to hit the ground running as Maggio's Barista

Maggio's Ryde Opening Hours Are:

• Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.

• Saturday to Sunday: 6.30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
