Are you a friendly, proactive hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with people, providing great service and a welcoming experience for members and guests?
Tradies is seeking flexible and customer-focused permanent part-time Frontline Service Attendants with experience in café, food, beverage and event service areas to join our award-winning team across our three community clubs.

About the Role
You will work across our café, food, beverage and event service areas, with opportunities to be involved in:
Café and barista service
Food service
Taking orders and delivering table and counter service
Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
Functions, events and special occasions
Cashier and point-of-sale transactions
Assisting members and guests
Maintaining clean, organised and welcoming service areas
Supporting food safety, responsible service and venue standards
Depending on your experience and skills, you may work across a variety of hospitality environments, from busy café and restaurant service to functions, celebrations and community events.
About You
You will be someone who is:

Proactive, reliable and willing to get involved
Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
Confident communicating with members, guests, front of house and back of house team
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and solutions focused
Proud of delivering consistent, professional service
Committed to high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety
Proactive, reliable and able to use good judgement
Calm and professional when responding to challenging or sensitive situations
Experience in barista, café, restaurant, function or event service will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency
Availability to work a flexible hospitality roster, including evenings, late nights and weekends
Ability to work across our Gymea, Caringbah and Helensburgh venues when required
