Cafe, Barista, Food and Event Service Frontline Service Team in Gymea, New South Wales at Tradies

Tradies is seeking flexible and customer-focused permanent part-time Frontline Service Attendants with experience in café, food, beverage and event service areas to join our award-winning team across our three community clubs.

About the Role

You will work across our café, food, beverage and event service areas, with opportunities to be involved in:

• Café and barista service

• Food service

• Taking orders and delivering table and counter service

• Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages

• Functions, events and special occasions

• Cashier and point-of-sale transactions

• Assisting members and guests

• Maintaining clean, organised and welcoming service areas

• Supporting food safety, responsible service and venue standards

Depending on your experience and skills, you may work across a variety of hospitality environments, from busy café and restaurant service to functions, celebrations and community events.

About You

• Confident communicating with members, guests, front of house and back of house team

• Proactive, reliable and able to use good judgement

• Calm and professional when responding to challenging or sensitive situations

Experience in barista, café, restaurant, function or event service will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol competency

• Availability to work a flexible hospitality roster, including evenings, late nights and weekends

• Ability to work across our Gymea, Caringbah and Helensburgh venues when required
