We’re growing—and we’re looking for a part-time HR & Team Engagement Coordinator who knows Paylocity and loves building a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our team—splitting your time between:

Payroll & Benefits (30%) – Manage payroll, PTO, and 401(k) through Paylocity.

Team Engagement & Admin (30%) – Plan events, recognition programs, and keep communication flowing.

HR Support (40%) – Recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and helping our crews succeed.

• 1+ year of Paylocity payroll/HR experience (required).
• 3–5 years in HR, payroll, or office administration.
• Knowledge of PTO and 401(k) management.
• Strong organizational and people skills—you’re detail-oriented and team-focused.
• Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a growing small business.

• $25–$32/hr depending on experience.
• 25–30 hours/week, with growth potential.
