In this role, you will work at the intersection of healthcare strategy, operational transformation, and applied AI to help drive measurable improvements across complex healthcare systems. You will partner with clinical, operational, and investment stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can meaningfully enhance workflows and outcomes. The position involves designing AI-enabled operating models, supporting strategy development, and contributing to execution across multiple transformation initiatives. You will play a hands-on role in analyzing data, mapping processes, and translating business challenges into structured, scalable solutions. A strong focus will be placed on delivering clear insights and executive-ready recommendations that influence decision-making. This is a high-ownership consulting role where your work directly supports value-based care transformation and healthcare innovation.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and managerial stakeholders to identify AI-driven workflow and process improvement opportunities
- Support the development of AI and healthcare transformation strategies aligned with measurable business outcomes
- Analyze healthcare operations, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and performance improvement areas
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and collaborate with technical teams on solution design and implementation
- Contribute to the design of AI-enabled workflows, operating models, and transformation roadmaps
- Support evaluation and adoption of AI, automation, and data platform tools across healthcare initiatives
- Manage assigned workstreams, tracking deliverables, risks, timelines, and dependencies
- Develop clear, executive-level presentations and analytical deliverables to support decision-making
- Stay current on healthcare innovation, AI applications, and industry trends to inform strategy
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience for Consultant level or 3–6 years for Senior Consultant level in consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, or health tech
- Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with process improvement, workflow design, or program management methodologies
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Strong interest in applied AI, automation, and healthcare transformation
- Experience using AI tools in academic or professional contexts
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
- Basic understanding of SQL, BI tools, or Python is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Health Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems
