We are seeking a Sales Coordinator / Administrative Support professional to work directly with and support our Business Development Manager. In this detail-oriented role, you’ll help coordinate customer communication, sales administration, project tracking, scheduling, CRM management, and internal workflow coordination to ensure projects move smoothly from initial inquiry through completion.
This position is part of our Sales team, where organization, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction are key. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager as well as internal departments including production, procurement, drafting, delivery, accounting, and marketing. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities will play an important role in supporting both the sales process and overall customer experience.

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the Business Development Manager by helping manage schedules, customer communication, project information, and sales administration so projects continue moving forward efficiently.

From maintaining CRM records and coordinating meetings to tracking quotes and preparing project documentation, you’ll help ensure accuracy and a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?
You’ll communicate regularly with customers, architects, designers, suppliers, and internal teams to help keep everyone informed and aligned.
Practically speaking, here’s what you’ll do on a day-to-day basis…
- Manage calendars, appointments, customer meetings, and follow-ups for the Business Development Manager
- Coordinate customer communication, project updates, and sales administration
- Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and support quote preparation
- Assist with project coordination between sales, procurement, production, drafting, and delivery teams
- Coordinate project handoffs, schedules, approvals, and delivery timelines between departments
- Follow up on outstanding information, shop drawings, change requests, and project deliverables
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate project information is prepared for procurement and production teams
- Coordinate sample packages, presentation materials, and showroom support
- Help organize trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and internal reporting

Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service, or project coordination preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in construction, architectural products, stone, masonry, or building materials industry considered an asset
- Business diploma or degree considered an asset
