About the Role:
The Warehouse position is critical to ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within our supply chain operations. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, organizing stock, and preparing orders for shipment to meet customer demands promptly. Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Forklift operator certification. Will provide training if needed.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced distribution center.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to management promptly.

The required skills such as physical stamina and basic math are essential for handling daily warehouse tasks like lifting, sorting, and inventory counting.
