The Télé-intervieweur·euse is responsible for delivering high-quality telephone support while ensuring accurate information collection and excellent service for insurance applicants.
- Conduct telephone interviews with insurance applicants to collect medical history and lifestyle information using established questionnaires.
- Provide a professional, empathetic, and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.
- Schedule telephone interviews based on applicant availability and interviewer team capacity.
- Follow up with applicants to obtain missing or additional information required after questionnaire completion.
- Handle sensitive personal information with discretion while respecting confidentiality and privacy requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure collected information meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members through online communication channels to support daily operations and shared objectives.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage detailed conversations in a remote call center environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with confidence speaking on the phone.
- Ability to listen carefully, ask appropriate questions, and accurately capture information while interacting with applicants.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet performance objectives.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Additional written and spoken languages are considered an asset.
