The Senior Associate, Corporate Cards will serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high-quality support, accurate processing, and effective issue resolution. The role requires strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Provide frontline customer service to corporate card administrators and cardholders through phone, online, and written communication channels.
- Manage incoming inquiries and administrative requests while ensuring alignment with service agreements and approved procedures.
- Support clients with corporate card tools, technologies, products, and solutions while providing clear guidance.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong service standards.
- Process and review requests for new corporate credit cards, ensuring complete documentation and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications, including follow-ups, escalations, and written authorization requests.
- Identify customer needs, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive client experience.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support first-contact resolution and continuous service improvements.

- High school diploma completed or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working in a customer service, sales, or service-oriented environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or French.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of corporate credit card products and services is an asset.
- Familiarity with contact centre technologies, processes, and performance metrics is preferred.
- Understanding of risk management, compliance principles, and regulated financial environments is an asset.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

- Salary range of $36,600 - $67,500 annually, based on experience, skills, education, and qualifications.
