The Technical Solutions Consultant will serve as a technical and operational expert supporting customer engagements, product demonstrations, and solution design activities. The role requires the ability to understand customer workflows, communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Deliver customized, hands-on product demonstrations tailored to prospective and existing customers’ warehouse operations, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of platform functionality, product capabilities, and practical supply chain applications.
- Partner with sales teams throughout evaluation cycles to help customers understand technical fit, operational value, and implementation opportunities.
- Analyze customer challenges and translate operational requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Design, validate, and document proposed solutions for customer presentations and internal alignment.
- Support technical discussions with business stakeholders, warehouse operators, and senior executives.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to influence future product improvements.
- Participate in RFI/RFP processes and prepare responses to technical assessments.
- Support account teams by providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their operational goals and recommending practical solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in warehouse operations, supply chain technology, and customer-facing technical consulting. They should be comfortable engaging with both operational teams and executive stakeholders while demonstrating software solutions effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics technology, or warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows, with the ability to connect technology solutions to real-world business challenges.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or software demonstrations is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex operational requirements into clear technical recommendations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable presenting solutions to senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative, team-based sales environments.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% or more.
