  • Ensure training materials and enablement resources remain aligned with product updates and evolving customer needs.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a cybersecurity professional with experience supporting customers, partners, or product initiatives within a B2B technology environment. You should combine technical security knowledge with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical business outcomes.

  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as technical pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or vendor-side field positions.
  • Experience working with MSPs, channel partners, VARs, or managed security service environments.
  • Exposure to security program management, governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or vCISO service delivery.
  • Experience contributing to product feedback, customer success, adoption, or voice-of-customer programs within SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, training, enablement, or adoption initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and challenges faced by security teams in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to explain complex security and technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
