- Manage accounts payable activities, including transaction entry, expense coding, and financial posting across operational systems.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial records while ensuring timely reconciliation of transactions and balances.
- Review and reconcile credit card transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve documentation issues before month-end close.
- Support recurring operational processes such as utility bill-back procedures, delinquency reporting, deposit reconciliations, and payment corrections.
- Assist with ongoing marketing and communication tasks, including property listing updates and outreach coordination.
- Provide operational and administrative support to leadership teams by managing schedules, follow-ups, and organizational workflows.
- Maintain and organize shared digital systems, documents, communication channels, and operational tracking tools.
- Contribute to process consistency, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting across day-to-day business activities.
- Previous bookkeeping experience within property management, real estate, or a similarly structured operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and financial operations.
- Experience using ResMan or similar property management/accounting platforms.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Excel, and remote collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
- Ability to manage recurring operational workflows with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Prior experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed international teams.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience supporting business operations, administration, or operational coordination functions is highly valued.
- Familiarity with tenant billing, utility management, lease administration, or residential property operations is considered a plus.
