The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized part-time accounting assistant. As the Part-Time Accounting Assistant, you will provide support with bookkeeping and accounting tasks that maintain and support company growth with accurate and timely financial data.

What You’ll Do:
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
• Efficiently sorting and distributing incoming mail to the appropriate team members.
• Matching credit card receipts with monthly statements
• Maintaining a high standard of organization for both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) filing systems (physical and digital).
• Assist other tasks or special projects as assigned.
• Always represents the company in a professional manner

What It Takes:
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years working in accounting/bookkeeping
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting data, basic sums).
• Strong alphabetical and numerical filing skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and take initiative in problem-solving
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
