Description:
Camp is calling. This isn’t just a summer job—it’s a mission.
Spend your summer leading, mentoring, and investing in the next generation. As a Village Leader, you’ll live on-site, build real relationships, and help cabin leaders and campers grow in their faith, confidence, and character.
If you’re looking for something that actually matters—not just a paycheck—this is it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and care for a group of Cabin Leaders throughout the week
- Lead morning and evening village schedules and plan activities

- Build strong relationships and mentor cabin leaders one-on-one
- Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.)
- Support cabin activities and overall camp experience
- Partner with leadership on village needs and development
- Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment
What You Get
- $300/week + housing and meals included
- Live on-site with a built-in community
- Leadership and ministry experience that stands out on a resume
