- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, engineering, product management, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support key account management initiatives across industrial sectors, helping customers identify the best technical solutions for their operational needs.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and supporting sales growth objectives.
- Provide technical guidance during product selection, application reviews, customer meetings, and commercial negotiations.
- Represent the product portfolio at industry events, seminars, conferences, and customer engagements while promoting technical expertise and market awareness.
- Gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to help shape product strategies and future business initiatives.
- Collaborate with proposal and sales teams by providing technical coaching, product knowledge, and customer support throughout the sales cycle.
- Resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support internal training initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and improve commercial effectiveness across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer relationship management, business development, sales, product management, or engineering within an industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge, particularly related to screw compressors, rotating equipment, or air and gas handling systems.
- Experience selling or supporting highly engineered products, aftermarket services, or OEM solutions.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships, negotiate commercial opportunities, and manage strategic accounts.
- Strong business development and value-based selling skills with experience driving market growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer issue resolution capabilities.
- Experience working with international teams, industrial markets, or global manufacturing organizations is considered an advantage.
