The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the clinician hiring lifecycle.
This remote position focuses on coordinating workflows, maintaining accurate candidate data, and improving operational efficiency across recruitment processes.
You will collaborate with recruiters, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to manage scheduling, onboarding activities, documentation, and reporting.
The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Operations Coordinator will support end-to-end recruiting operations by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service throughout candidate and clinician workflows.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clinicians, recruiters, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate calendars and timely communication.
- Provide administrative and operational support to recruiting teams, helping streamline daily processes and candidate engagement activities.
- Manage candidate records, workflows, and data within applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and related tools.
- Support candidate sourcing activities, outreach efforts, and communications to maintain strong engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Initiate and track background checks, reference verifications, credentialing activities, and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate interview schedules, follow-ups, documentation, and workflow updates.
- Assist with clinician onboarding, contractor lifecycle management, and required documentation processes.
- Support updates within HRIS and time management systems to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare reports and assist with operational audits on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
- Provide responsive customer service and act as a reliable point of contact for clinicians and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-focused professional with experience supporting recruiting, operations, or administrative functions in a fast-moving environment.
- 1–3+ years of experience in operations, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clinicians and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience scheduling meetings using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliable communication and productivity.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, or HR information systems (HRIS) preferred.
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, clinical staffing, credentialing, or similar environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of reporting, databases, advanced Excel functions, or project coordination is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $26.50 to $31.25 per hour.
