Partner Success Manager

You will manage the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to long-term relationship growth.

Accountabilities:

As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with referral partners, improving partner operations, and ensuring successful collaboration throughout the partnership lifecycle. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping partners maximize engagement while identifying opportunities for growth and process optimization.

  • Manage a portfolio of referral partners as the primary point of contact after the sales transition.
  • Guide partners through onboarding, implementation, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Build trusted relationships that increase partner engagement, satisfaction, and referral growth.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews, identify challenges, and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and optimize referral workflows to create simple, effective, and scalable partner experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technology, and business teams to improve referral processes and partner resources.
  • Develop onboarding materials, training documentation, educational resources, and partner-facing content.
  • Monitor referral activity, engagement levels, and conversion metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze partner performance data and recommend strategies to increase adoption, effectiveness, and long-term success.
  • Collect partner feedback and translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate partner information within CRM and referral management platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity, create communications, analyze data, and streamline workflows.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with experience managing partnerships, customer success programs, or strategic accounts. You should be comfortable balancing operational execution, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration while working toward shared business goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Healthcare Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving engagement and growth.
  • Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partner relationship management, referral workflows, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience using CRM systems, partner management platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve workflows, analyze information, and create content.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and marketing automation or form-building tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and improve processes.
  • Passion for building meaningful partnerships that improve access to quality healthcare services.
