IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain data handling practices to ensure security, accuracy, and compliance
- Support routine technology operations, including system updates, backups, and maintenance
- Evaluate equipment needs and recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance organizational efficiency
- Coordinate daily IT activities, including troubleshooting, user account management, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with IT personnel and other departments to identify technology requirements and implement effective solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with data security practices and data management protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
