Revenue Technology Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Technology Analyst based in United States.

The Revenue Technology Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the technology ecosystem that enables modern go-to-market teams.
This position combines systems support, process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance revenue operations.
You will help maintain a diverse revenue technology stack, improve workflows, support integrations, and identify opportunities for automation.
Working closely with operations, sales, customer success, IT, and strategy teams, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
The role offers the opportunity to leverage AI-driven workflows, reporting, and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities:

The Revenue Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution, optimization, and ongoing improvement of revenue technology platforms while ensuring teams have the tools, processes, and insights needed to operate effectively.

  • Support the technical roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem, including a wide range of sales and go-to-market platforms.
  • Maintain daily operational processes for revenue tools, including user provisioning, support requests, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
  • Manage stakeholder requests and provide timely communication across revenue technology initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in workflows, integrations, automations, and tooling processes, then support the implementation of practical improvements.
  • Assist with evaluating and introducing new technology solutions that improve revenue team productivity and efficiency.
  • Support vendor management activities, including procurement processes, renewals, performance reviews, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, IT, Enablement, Legal, Privacy, and Analytics teams to ensure effective tool adoption.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational insights that help revenue teams make informed decisions.
  • Document workflows, support procedures, troubleshooting guidance, and best practices to enable self-service support in a remote environment.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation capabilities to streamline internal processes and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support data quality initiatives, system integrations, permissions management, and reporting consistency across revenue platforms.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience supporting revenue-focused technology environments and possesses strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, systems administration, business systems, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales technology platforms such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of how business systems connect through integrations, automation workflows, permissions, and data management processes.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows, including automation, productivity improvements, or AI-enabled process enhancements.
  • Exposure to technology evaluations, requirements gathering, implementation planning, enablement, or operational rollouts.
  • Ability to identify process and tooling challenges and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience supporting reporting, dashboards, and operational insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while prioritizing competing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with business-to-business SaaS go-to-market models is preferred.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or AI-powered workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, business intelligence tools, SQL, Python, or similar data skills is beneficial but not required.
