Operation Support Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operation Support Analyst based in United States.

This role provides an opportunity to support critical IT operations and help maintain reliable technology services across a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will coordinate incident and change management activities, ensuring operational issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Accountabilities:

The Operation Support Analyst will support daily IT operations by coordinating processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.

  • Support major incident management and change management processes to maintain operational stability.
  • Coordinate incident resolution activities by assessing priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Monitor operational issues and maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates.
  • Prepare reports, operational summaries, and materials to support team meetings and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure service continuity and effective issue resolution.
  • Assist with improving operational processes and maintaining alignment with IT service management practices.
  • Support communication across teams during incidents, changes, and operational activities.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to incidents, changes, and service management procedures.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting IT operations, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with service management processes. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or a related technology environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of major incident management and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common technical support environments.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from approximately $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, education, and market factors.
