- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and self-service sign-ups, identifying strong sales opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, cold emails, and social outreach strategies.
- Present solutions and value propositions to potential customers in a compelling and consultative manner.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls between qualified prospects and Sales Executives using structured outbound playbooks.
- Identify customer pain points and connect them with appropriate products and services.
- Experiment with messaging, outreach strategies, and sales pitches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Participate in discovery conversations and short product demonstrations to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams by sharing market insights, prospect feedback, and product-related suggestions.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, performance analysis, and growth experiments beyond traditional BDR responsibilities.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, SDR, or similar client-facing roles.
- Background in SaaS, MarTech, marketing technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting techniques including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and pipeline management processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging discovery conversations and build rapport with prospects.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience with ZoomInfo and Salesforce is considered a plus.
