This role is focused on driving high-impact enterprise pipeline generation within complex, multi-stakeholder organizations across global markets. You will engage senior decision-makers in long and consultative B2B and B2C sales cycles, helping identify strategic needs and business opportunities. Working remotely, you will operate in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives to shape account strategies and accelerate deal progression. The environment is fast-paced, metrics-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong autonomy and structured execution. You will play a key role in mapping enterprise accounts, building meaningful executive relationships, and generating qualified opportunities. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth while working with international teams and modern sales technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise pipeline creation through structured and strategic outreach efforts, focusing on high-value accounts and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies targeting enterprise-level organizations across multiple industries.
- Map complex buying committees and identify key decision-makers, including C-level, VP, and Director stakeholders.
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand business priorities, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to support account planning, outreach strategy, and deal progression.
- Generate and qualify high-value meetings aligned with enterprise sales criteria and long sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring structured pipeline tracking and account intelligence.
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and structured engagement across multiple touchpoints and channels.
This position requires strong experience in enterprise-level prospecting and the ability to operate in complex, consultative sales environments with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B or B2C prospecting, sales development, or business development roles.
- Prior experience working remotely with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Experience engaging with US or UK-based companies and navigating international business contexts.
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers.
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles in structured CRM environments.
- Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar tools).
- Strong analytical mindset, resilience, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with account-based sales approaches (ABM) and enterprise outreach strategies is a plus.
