- Prospect, map, and develop new enterprise clients, with a strong focus on the São Paulo market.
- Drive new business generation through proactive hunting and strategic outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with technology leaders, influencers, and decision-makers in medium and large organizations.
- Conduct consultative B2B sales processes, understanding client challenges and aligning solutions to business needs.
- Develop account plans, stakeholder mapping strategies, and tailored commercial approaches.
- Manage sales pipelines, CRM activities, forecasting, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
- Lead meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies, technical requirements, timelines, and delivery capacity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and technology hiring demands to support commercial intelligence initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience with consultative B2B sales, preferably within technology services or outsourcing environments.
- Strong background selling to medium and large enterprise clients.
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Ability to engage with CIOs, IT Managers, Heads of Technology, and other senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated hunter profile with strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience managing CRM platforms and sales pipelines effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Previous experience in IT outsourcing, body shop, SaaS, cloud, or technology services environments is considered a plus.
- Postgraduate studies or specialization in Strategic Sales Management or related areas is a differential.
