As a Donor Coordinator at Xytex, you'll be the first point of contact for donors, guiding them through the process while ensuring they meet program standards. Your ability to connect with and support donors will be instrumental in helping families achieve their dreams. ● Conduct donor interviews to assess eligibility, build rapport, and provide program information.

● Ensure all regulatory forms are completed accurately and maintain donor records.

● Gather marketability information and manage periodic updates to donor social and medical histories.

● Actively recruit potential new donors and serve as a brand ambassador

● Maintain communication with donors regarding upcoming screening and testing.

● Identify and address potential issues related to sample quality, collaborating with internal teams as needed.

● Provide donors with guidance and materials for continued success in the program.

● Support cross-functional teams with donor-related processes and documentation.

● Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, healthcare, psychology, or a related field

● Excellent interpersonal communication skills – you can connect with donors and guide them through the process.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

● Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing records.

● Self-starter mindset – you take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

● Team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
