  • Lead tendering processes and contract negotiations with external partners
  • Identify and resolve risks related to timelines, costs, and project execution
  • Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to leadership
  • Support and guide internal construction team activities and respond to clinic-related requests.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial multi-site construction project management
  • Experience in medical, dental, or healthcare environments is preferred
  • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
  • Experience managing both internal teams and external contractors/vendors
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel across Canada as required based on project needs
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

What Sets You Apart

You bring a structured and practical approach to project execution, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across complex construction projects. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners, and you take ownership of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Why Join 123Dentist?

  • Be part of a growing national organization with an active construction pipeline
