CentiMark Ltd. is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Operations Manager in Stoney Creek, ON! The Roofing Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects both for Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This role is paying a base salary of $90k - $100k plus bonus opportunity!

Job Summary:

Managing the financial statementRecruiting and retaining qualified workersEnsuring safe, profitable and quality commercial roofing projectsKeeping good lines of communication between sales and operationsAddressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of businessEnsure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

5 + Years experience in Commercial Roofing – Highly PreferredProblem solving & time management skillsAbility to manage and motivateSales experience a plusA valid driver’s licenseOperations management experience preferredA comprehensive understanding of the roofing industry is preferred
