Position Overview
The Senior Landscape Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth by managing key accounts, expanding our client portfolio, and advising clients on comprehensive landscape solutions. This role requires a polished, consultative communicator who excels in relationship building, landscape expertise, and systematic selling.
You will mentor clients, identify enhancement opportunities, collaborate with operations teams, and play a central role in Rasevic’s long-term growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Grow Rasevic’s commercial landscape maintenance and snow account portfolio through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
- Manage high-value commercial landscape clients with consistent communication and site visits.
- Develop enhancement proposals, budgets, and multi-year landscape improvement plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance in horticulture, turf care, irrigation, and seasonal enhancement strategies.
- Track all sales activity, pipeline stages, and client data using CRM/estimating software (Aspire preferred).
- Collaborate with field operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and contract performance.
- Support snow & ice management accounts during winter events.
- Represent Rasevic professionally within the commercial landscape community.
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling within the green industry using a consultative, advisory approach.
- Proven ability to grow client portfolios through systematic engagement and relationship-based selling.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in horticulture, landscape design, landscape architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with Aspire Software or similar CRM/estimating tools (preferred but not required).
- Passion for client service, problem-solving, and professional growth.
- Spanish knowledge is a plus.
