This is a fulltime onsite position at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head. - Manage all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, permitting, and construction
- Work with management, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and quality review
- Support modernizing facilities in compliance with local, state, and federal codes
- Complete and facilitate Stage Gate design reviews to ensure alignment on project scope, progress, and deliverables
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- 7+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 3 years in a project management role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, or strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply project scheduling and management tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
$100,000 - $150,000 a year
