You will lead the architectural vision for diverse commercial projects, serving as the technical bridge between creative concepts and field execution. This role offers the unique chance to work within a vertically integrated firm, allowing you to see your designs brought to life by our specialized in-house trade teams.

• Design and execute comprehensive commercial building projects from initial concept through final construction.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project integration.

• Validate that all architectural designs comply with strict local building codes and safety requirements.

• Manage project budgets and timelines through proactive planning and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure field execution aligns with architectural specifications and quality standards.

• Facilitate client meetings to translate business needs into functional and aesthetic commercial spaces.

• Active Architectural License in both Maryland and Virginia.

• Extensive experience managing commercial building projects through the entire project lifecycle.

• Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents and technical specifications.

• Deep knowledge of regional building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes in the DMV area.

• Prior experience working in a design-build environment or with firms that self-perform trades.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.

• Strong leadership skills with experience directing multidisciplinary project teams.
