Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Design & Sales Specialist who can independently design, estimate, and sell landscape projects. This role requires a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering premium outdoor environments. You will own your projects from an initial concept through contract signing, working closely with clients and our internal teams to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project lifecycle: design, estimating, and sales
• Create detailed, buildable landscape designs that align with client goals and budgets
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using industry-standard software (LMN preferred)
• Present design concepts and proposals confidently to clients
• Manage client relationships and close sales with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure design intent is executed
• Stay current on landscape design trends, materials, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and design processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape design, estimating, and sales
• Strong proficiency with design and estimating software (LMN, SketchUp, Vector works, or similar)
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape, and sustainable design principles
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Landscape Architecture or related degree/certification is a plus
