Landscape Designer- Annapolis at SBC LANDSCAPING – LINTHICUM, Maryland

About the Role:

this is 100% commission role with huge potential upside over a salary designer. As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for meeting with clients and planning outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then create detailed plans and drawings that bring their vision to life. Your ultimate goal will be to create outdoor spaces that enhance the beauty and functionality of the surrounding environment.

This position is work from home position running between 3-12 leads a week.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape design
• Proficiency in Landscape Architect Pro
• Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on small and large-scale projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Experience with 3D modeling software

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and public spaces
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Create detailed plans and drawings that accurately represent the design
• Select appropriate plants, materials, and equipment for each project
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
