Shift: 1st 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday, weekends & OT as needed

Hourly Range: $20.00 – $27.81 per hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cleanroom Lead to help oversee the shift, train and support machine operators, and uphold quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership: Manage daily shift operations and provide direct guidance to machine operators; performance of individual task/process, safety policies, work instructions, Production Goals and Quality requirements.
• Production & Document accurate production/scrap data and perform visual inspections of products. Audit work cells for accuracy, audit training records and perform sign offs of training completion.
• Training & Compliance: Train staff on processes, safety, and quality standards, including ISO 9001/13485 compliance.

What You’ll Bring

• Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with cleanroom background preferred.
• Skills: Strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in full PPE, standing/bending for 8 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
