We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on supervisor role: 75% of the position is physical, including picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, picking up pallets from production, and putting away product; 25% is computer-based, including entering items into QuickBooks and ensuring inventory levels are accurate.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
- Picking Orders for Customers
- Manage inventory, storage layout, and product rotation
- Oversee receiving, deliveries, and vendor coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse
- Establish and maintain min/max inventory levels
- Coordinate with Production, HR, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Support training and development of warehouse team members
- Work with maintenance to ensure equipment is operating properly
What You Bring
- 5+ years warehouse or plant experience (food manufacturing a plus)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. regularly
- Work in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery
- Active role with standing, walking, and movement throughout the day
Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time: 8–10 hour shifts
- 5–6 days per week, including occasional Saturdays
- On-call availability may be required
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential
